Here at our park, we pride ourselves on a being a friendly, lively community with an impressive selection of planned daily activities and special monthly events managed by our full-time activities director. The multitude of options this Mesa RV park has to offer makes it known as one of the best trailer parks in Arizona.  The Mesa Dunes staff works hard to keep the park clean and safe all year round. Our guests can spend their days enjoying our sparkling heated pool and spa or one of the many activities available on the premises including shuffleboard, water aerobics or billiards. 2nd Annual Christmas Parade

Mesa Dunes extends a wholehearted Thank You to our community who enthusiastically supported The Mesa Dunes Christmas Parade and made the 2nd annual event a success. And a very Special thanks to the Residents and many other volunteers who put in hours of hard work to make this year’s Christmas parade the best in Mesa, Arizona!!! Merry Christmas to you All

 

New larger pool and spa coming to Mesa Dunes January 2014!

         Pool is 75’ x 25’. Spa is 12’ diameter, including 4 heaters and golf cart parking.

Mesa Dunes Gas-Gas project is suspended now till April 1st
Project will restart April 1st and estimated completion of July 31st 2014!

Affected rows are at the south end of A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and all of I row. This process includes excavation, trenching 1,000 ft at a time, inspection, sleeving and pipe lying. Once this is complete we have an additional inspection, backfill and asphalt patch back. We acknowledge this is a long process but will be a beneficial upgrade for the park and our residents’ safety. We would also like to note that streets are closed off to vehicles, please golf carts only while trenches are open. Safety barricades and tape are around all trenches. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, please bare with us during upgrades and obey safety barricades as they are for your protection. Please call the office if you need help parking, loading or unloading. We are happy to help during the construction!

Credit Card Policy:

We accept credit cards for payments with a 3% usage fee on annuals and on stays 2 months and longer in duration. Any stay less than 2 months is NOT subject to the credit card usage fee. To avoid a 3% credit card usage fee, please pay with a personal check, cashier’s check, money order or traveler’s check. Please contact your park manager with any questions. Thank you.
